Who we are

This site is run by Skopura Pty Ltd (ABN 30 681 565 971), New South Wales, Australia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Skopura. Questions go to skopura@gmail.com.

What we collect

• When you send the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you picked, and your message.
• When you email us: whatever you include in the email.
• When you book a call: booking happens on Cal.com, which collects your name, email, chosen time and any notes you add, and passes them to us.
• When you visit the site: like any web server, our host records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and this site doesn't set its own cookies.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold calls, and, if we work together, to run that engagement. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to, and we don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Services that handle it for us

A few third-party services process information on our behalf. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Cal.com handles call bookings.
• Google hosts the site (Firebase Hosting), serves its fonts (Google Fonts), and runs our email (Gmail).

Each of these has its own privacy policy, which applies to what it collects.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as we need them to reply and, for clients, to meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations. After that we delete them.

Keeping it secure

The site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us sensitive information, such as health or financial details, through the contact form.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email skopura@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll try to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
